Start free, confirm your email and sign in. Choose Add your first job, enter its install date and rough stage hours, then review and confirm the proposed schedule. Spreadsheet paste is an alternative.

Recommended reading order:

1. Basic Setup for adding your first job, reviewing its schedule, or starting from Excel or Sheets.
2. Core Workflow Story for where Cabneo sits alongside CAD, spreadsheets, and Xero after the quote is signed off.

Spreadsheet alternative

Prefer to start from a spreadsheet? Paste up to 20 rows, then review before import:

• Job reference/name and target or install date.
• Machining, edging, assembly, and install hours. Complete missing estimates in the review; use 0 for stages you do not need.
• Review the normalized preview before importing anything.
• Schedule the first job explicitly; imported jobs are never auto-scheduled.
