Crew Visibility

Crew visibility answers two questions an owner or foreman asks every day:

1. What critical work is still open and about to bite us?
2. Who is carrying it — and who is free next week?

All of these surfaces are read-only. They show you the truth; scheduling and assignment stay where they already live.

The Crew page has two stacked sections, and the order is the point.

Critical open work (top)

Open production tasks that put an install date at risk, sorted worst-first — including tasks nobody has claimed. That matters because the highest-risk work is usually the job no one clearly owns: the door that sat by the bench, that everyone flagged, and that was still undrilled on install morning.

A per-person list can never show you unowned work. This band can, and it moves that discovery from install day to days earlier.

Imminent work leads. Chronically overdue installs drop into a collapsed needs review group so a backlogged job never buries today's real risk.

One row per active crew member, sorted by a single worst-first attention state, with what they're on now and what's assigned next. Click through to a person's full workload.

Worker workload, weeks ahead

Each crew member's workload page shows today, any week, and an Upcoming horizon: one row per week with absolute scheduled hours — "This week 16h · Next week 22h · Week after 6h" — expandable down to days and tasks.

Hours are always plain hours. There are no percent-booked meters, capacity gauges, or league tables — this is for planning people's weeks, not scoring them.

Crew on the calendar

Centre Schedule can be filtered to one crew member to see their centre-scheduled work laid out on the calendar. It's honestly scoped: if some of their assigned tasks aren't on the calendar (no centre yet), the view says so and links to their full workload.

Installer updates

Install crews can leave short progress notes from site — on track, blocked, needs a return visit, or complete — and they show up on Job Management. They're advisory: an update never moves the schedule or completes a task for anyone.

What this is not

Crew visibility is not a timesheet, payroll, or monitoring system. Workers use the kiosk-friendly floor workflow to see and complete their work; these views simply let the office see the same truth without walking the floor or interrupting anyone.
